Subprocessors

GeoScale uses the subprocessors listed below to process Customer Personal Data on behalf of customers in connection with the Services.
This list relates to subprocessors within the meaning of the GeoScale Data Processing Agreement. Other service providers used by GeoScale for account administration, billing, authentication, or other purposes for which GeoScale acts as controller are described in the Privacy Policy and are not necessarily subprocessors under the Data Processing Agreement.

International transfers
Some subprocessors may process Customer Personal Data outside the European Economic Area.
Where required by applicable data-protection law, GeoScale relies on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, including adequacy decisions, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or other legally permitted transfer mechanisms.
Changes to subprocessors
GeoScale will provide customers with at least 14 days' advance notice by email before a new or replacement subprocessor begins processing Customer Personal Data, except where an urgent change is reasonably necessary as described in the Data Processing Agreement.
Customers may object to a new subprocessor on reasonable data-protection grounds in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement.
