Abuse, excessive usage outside agreed limits, or attempts to bypass security measures are not permitted.

3. Availability

GeoScale aims to provide high availability of the service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Maintenance, updates, or incidents may result in temporary service interruptions.

4. Fees and Billing

Paid usage is billed according to the usage-based pricing model published on the website.

Billing occurs monthly based on actual API usage.

GeoScale reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the API, documentation, and underlying technology remain with GeoScale or its licensors.

Users may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or otherwise exploit the service without prior written consent.

6. Liability

GeoScale is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

GeoScale may suspend or terminate access to the service if these terms are violated.

Users may stop using the service at any time.

8. Changes

GeoScale may update these terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on the website.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
